Is cold email legal in New Zealand?
Yes. The Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act sets the rules: accurate sender information, a working unsubscribe, and messages relevant to the recipient's business. We handle compliance as part of the service - every email identifies who it's from and gives a one-click way to opt out. The same goes for outreach into Australia and other markets, each with their own rules.
Will this damage my brand?
Lazy outreach damages brands - scraped lists, generic templates, ten follow-ups to someone who was never a fit. That's not what we do. Small volumes, tight targeting, messages relevant to the person receiving them, and an easy opt-out. Done that way, outreach reads as professional business development. The worst realistic outcome is a polite 'not right now'.
How many meetings can I expect?
Honest answer: it depends on your market, your offer, and how many businesses actually fit your ideal customer profile. Outbound typically ramps over the first 4-8 weeks as sending domains warm up and we refine the copy based on real replies. Anyone who promises a specific number of meetings before understanding your market is guessing.
Do you send from my email domain?
No. We set up separate sending domains and warm them up properly, so your main domain's reputation is never at risk. Replies still flow back to you, and prospects still see your business name. It's standard practice for outbound done properly.
What about LinkedIn?
LinkedIn runs alongside the email sequence. Connection requests and short messages go out from your profile or your salesperson's, coordinated with the emails so prospects see one consistent approach, not two disconnected pitches. For some markets LinkedIn is the primary channel and email supports it - we'll recommend the right mix for yours.
Who writes the copy?
We do, with your input. We interview you about your customers, the objections you hear, and what actually makes people buy, then write sequences in your voice. You approve everything before it goes anywhere near a prospect's inbox.
Do I need a CRM?

Outbound is especially effective for exporters - buyers overseas have never heard of you and will never find you by searching, so reaching them directly is often the only way in. Time zones, local phrasing, and each market's email rules are all handled.
