The results
First week after launch (Google Search Console, May 2026):
The enquiries tell the real story. A Waikato yard fielded enquiries from Nelson, Taupō, Tauranga, Whangaroa and Whangārei - twice. Buyers found Alpha through location pages and a pricing guide written for exactly the searches they make. The old site barely registered on Google.
Hosting costs dropped from $329/year to about $5/month. The site went live five days ahead of the old hosting renewal. And the owner now updates prices, pages and blog posts himself by typing plain English to AI - no developer invoice, no CMS, no lock-in.
How
Alpha's inherited WordPress site was slow, dated, and produced no enquiries. We rebuilt it with AI: a working prototype in two hours, the full site in about nine. Then around ten hours of search work - 40+ indexed pages including city-by-city landing pages, buying guides, blog posts, structured data, and AI-search optimisation so ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can recommend Alpha too.
