Phase 2 — Implementation (Custom)
If you want us to build it, we scope and quote based on what the audit recommended. Tool setup, integration into existing systems, custom prompts and assistants, team training, and full handover. Fixed-price quote, no hourly billing.

How long does a typical engagement take?
The audit takes 2 weeks. Implementation depends on scope — typically 4-8 weeks. We move fast because we're using tools we know inside out, not learning on your time.
Do you only work with marketing teams?
No. AI cuts across the whole business. We've helped clients integrate AI into sales, customer service, ops, finance admin, and content production. If your team has workflows, we can help.
Will the AI tools we set up still work in 12 months?
We choose tools that are stable and have momentum — Claude, ChatGPT, Make, n8n, Zapier — not the latest experimental thing. We also build the playbook so your team can swap tools later if needed. The principles outlast the tools.
